The installation of Easy Transfer on my old (Windows XP) computer
resulted in the creation of a subdirectory called MigWiz in my
C:\Documents and Settings\DS\Local Settings\Application Data directory.
diagerr.xml is in there.
I'm no expert, but you could always try looking at the filetypes in
your registry to see if any of them has sprouted an extra " and seeing
what happens when you delete them. Pausing only to back up your
registry first, of course...
From memory, the ones I had were avi", jpg", tif", mp2", mpg" and a
couple of others.
Good luck!
