Marc in PA

Just installed a D-Link DIR655 router. I have 3 computers hard wired. The 2
on XP work fine but the router cannot see the one with Vista Home Premium.
The light on the router does not even light for that connection. I have
disabled the IPV6 but still nothing. Funny thing is if I connect the computer
from router by way of a Linksys switch, it works. D-Link says it's a Vista
problem. Someone suggested assigning a static IP but I didn't have much luck.
(not sure I did it right)
