So you have tried the driver at

is the NIC set at auto sense connection speed?
it is possible that this
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934430 might be part of the issue
too. try disabling auto tuning as per the KB instructions.
I've got a Marvel Yukon on one of my desktops and I am not seeing an
issue.
