You stated that you already have Office 2003. You also stated that you have
Office 2000. Your question was "are you wasting your time installing Office
2000".
My response was since you have both versions of Office, you can install both
versions. I can read.
It is possible there is something wrong with your CD. Could be dirty or
damaged.
Could be the way you did the removal. Maybe you screwed something up
installing both versions. I dunno.
