Thanks for your help but I have been using Norton Internet Security on my
laptop since April and have not experienced this problem on my e-mail before.
So I do not think that is the problem.
Another thing I forgot to mention - My laptop didn't shutdown properly. My
laptop turned off because the battery had died on it, and I didn't turn it on
again until the next day and thats when I started having problems with my
e-mail, so maybe it had something to do with not being shutdown properly??
