You really should ask your ISP or mail provider (if different).
Most ISPs have a web page with directions for setting up a
mail account. Looks like your ISP is Embarq. Their website is
not very helpful. I found the following information elsewhere:
Incoming mail server: pop.embarqmail.com
Outgoing mail server: smtp.embarqmail.com
Use your email address as your username.
Also, under Outgoing, checkmark the box for "My server
requires authentication."
