Re: Start up programs blocked If you are still getting the clouded message click on the Defender icon.
Select Run blocked program. If you see the System Configuration Utility
program listed, run it. You will get a dialogue box with a smaller check box
in it. Next to the check box it will say somthing akin to "Do not start
utility each time windows starts". Check that box and you should not see the
message the next time you boot up unless Windows is also blocking some other
programs.
