Michael, this is a clean install the computer is 6 weeks old. I realize that
I have now gone above and beyond my original thread. As I am find more out I
put it in here. Also I have discovered that all of my progrmas the I have
tried to update they will download the update but will not install them. The
programs tell me I have all the current updates but none are installed.
Thanks for your help I will open a new thread
