Re: AppBar Bullet??? Anybody Hmmm. Some programs have the ability to make an Appbar, like a 3rd party
clock program. Often these are an option of a program that runs in the
Notification area, or Tray, of the Taskbar. If you right-click on the
program's icon in the Notification area, it may have something like an
"anchor" option to put a window on the edge of the screen, and an option to
close the "anchor" when you right-click on the docked window.
Besides Windows icons like Volume and Network, do you have other programs
running in your Taskbar's tray area?
