Steve, what antivirus are you using. We have found both Norton Antivirus
and McAfee Antivirus as well as their respective security suites can
interfere with the process of application updates.
As stated previously, do take a look at the Quicken Communities to which I
posted. It's a user to user community and these folks really know the
product, many having a long history with it through multiple versions and
are very helpful.
