Re: Yahoo Instant Messenger This is a new notebook that came with Vista (32-BIT) pre-installed. Yahoo!
Messenger was one of the first apps I installed, and it never would
configure properly. That was back in February. A couple of others in our
little group bought new machines too, and all have had identical results.
The only person we've found who has voice working in chatrooms with Vista is
a fella who's running 64BIT, and he was able to install codecs we found on
the web to get his voice working.
