Re: "Check for new messages" also -sends- messages Messages sent to the Outbox will be sent immediately if that setting is
checked or sent the next time the mail is checked.
Checking for messages can be manually or by the "Check for new messages
every 10 minutes" setting.
OE and WinMail will send first, then receive.
If you don't want the message sent, don't send to the Outbox.
