Go into Control Panel, System / Maintenance / System / Advanced system
settings / Startup and Recovery, and uncheck automatically restart. You
will then stay on the BSOD screen so you can tell the guy in the hardware
shop what the message is. You should also take Ricks advice and with a
relatively new computer contact the manufacturer. This is usually a driver
issue. Sometimes hardware.
