I had the same problem and I found a solution... at least for me. I had my
modem in bridge mode and I did the "10 second" reset to set it back to
factory defaults and my problem was solved. I'm not behind a router so I
don't know if it applies to you or not. The only reason I stumbled on this
was because my router doesnt like my gigabit ethernet and I couldnt use the
PPoE setting on my router anymore so the only option was to bring it back on
my modem. Good luck with yours and hope it works for you too if it even
applies. |
