Hi Ken,

Yes the issue is still evident with a clean boot. And I have also removed
any antivirus (as a temporary measure) and the issue is still persistent.

Do you know why a network share would work with dragging and droping items
from the desktop to it but from within the application (MS Word/MS Excel)
they are unable to access the share to save the data? (They create a blank
file and no data is saved to it).

I have never seen this kind of issue before.
