Hi, Ilya, My name is Sasha and I have a similar kind of a problem. If you are
using the ICQ (5.1, 6.0 or any other version) client, you can try setting the
location as Russia and the format to Russian, that's what I did in XP. Also,
if you install an alternate ICQ client, like QIP (
www.qip.ru ) the problem
can be resolved.
