Re: Message Rules working erratically?

Hi -- I'm still having problems and for the life of me I can't figure out
why. Here's one Rule Description:

Apply this rule after the message arrives
Where the To or CC line contains 'psn@lists.colorado.edu'
Move it to the PSN folder
and Stop processing more rules

Yet when a message comes in with psn@lists.colorado.edu in the TO field --
it doesn't have any other addresses in the TO field, and there's no CC or
BCC addresses -- it often (not always, but erratically) for some reason ends
up in my Junk folder. There are NO other rules that process messages with
'psn@lists.colorado.edu' in the TO field. This rule is the fiteenth of
thirty-two rules that I have. And it's not by any means the only rule
that's causing problems. Any thoughts? Thanks.
