I do not know for sure. It affects you if need to have Vista activated (usually after a Vista install or some harware changes)
or something you install needs to have Vista validated (usuallly a Microsoft Hotfix or Update).
You might look around in the WGA postings to see if you see anything about Office 2007.

To be safe you might wait a few days and check at the link above to see if the problem as been resolved.
