I had this issue several months ago when downloading Direct 9.0c for a customer. I failed WGA, and suddenly Vista was running in RFM.
It took several hours of call to Microsoft Support to resolve the issue. Their solution was to backup important data, and reformat.
Go figure that they'll solve the problem only now! |
