Re: Blank error on send/receive This problem has been occuring sinc before I installed Norton Antivirus. i
restored the email account settings and messages prior to installing Norton
AV. I just thought I should eliminate Norton first rather than simply coming
on the forum witihout having tried anything. I have also deleted email
accounts and created them again manually.
Any other possible ideas?
