Go to Start/Computer. On the toolbar just go to Tools/Folder Options/View
and show hidden files and folders, click OK - look in your drive for a file
with lots of letters and numbers mixed...delete. You should be able to
identify it by the time and date it was made.

If your menu bar isn't showing in Windows Explorer then click
Organize/Layour and check "Menu Bar".
