additionally to Peter's solution (what I'd have never thought of), find
these files:
bootwiz.sys
bootwiz.cfg
mouse.com
bootmenu.exe
menulogo.png
win_icon.png
bootmenu.xml
C1.png
SPL1.EXE
exe2.exe
C2.png
SPL2.EXE
dat3.dat
dat4.dat
C3.png
SPL4.EXE
exe5.exe
C4.png
SPL5.EXE
exe6.exe
They are all listed on my BitLocker starting stick and I think you can
delete them, too.
