thank you Fred! I followed the directions in that article. BTW, i
thought all PC's would have a card reader activity light, but I cannot
find one on my wife's Gateway Laptop (MT3708). My Toshiba has one. I
even brought up the user manual on line and no mention of a card reader
light.
