First check if the registry tool has an undo option, many do.
Otherwise try System Restore to a Date/Time before you made the
changes:
Start/All Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore.

In the future be careful with such tools especially if you are using
someone else's computer.
I suggest not using those tools for reasons such as this and they
seldom return any noticeable results.
If you do use them, you must become familiar with them so you are
already prepared for such an event.
You should also be familiar enough so you can recognize if the key
recommended for deletion is necessary or not.
Do not blindly delete something just because some tool said it was OK.
It is your computer and you reap the benefits or suffer the
consequences, not the registry tools manufacturer.
