The problem on my Vista Home Premium is that the body of the message has
disappeared so that when I try to do a deletion there is nothing to be
deleted. This throws up the "an unknown error was encountered" Only messages
thet were transferred from my XP machine seem to be affected. Current
receipts act normally. Has anybody found an effective way to clear these old
messages. I have tried just about all the suggestions so far but without
success. Surely Microsoft are aware of the problem and will I hope soon issue
a fix
