What do you mean by "multiple users in Windows Mail"?
WM doesn't really have a provision for multiple users, although
it will accommodate many mail accounts. You can segregate
incoming mail by redirecting it to different folders through the
use of message rules.
Make sure each one of your mail accounts has a unique email
address and has separate username/password credentials.
Another option for you would be to upgrade to Windows
Live Mail since it automatically sets up a series of different
folders for each mail account:
