All e-mails will not move from my outbox to sent items. They all show a time
sent, but because they stay in the outbox, I am never sure whether they have
actually gone. I have tried clicking on Send All - several times, but they
still won't budge. Even when I turn off or re-boot, they still stay put.

I am running 'Vista' Home Premium - which incidentally I personally think is
rubbish - I much prefered XP!

Any help would be much appreciated, but please, please bear in mind that I
am far, far from being computer savvy, more like computer illiterate, so try
to keep it simple.
