Make a way in UAC to allow a person to "once-and-for-all" approve of a
software program to run at start up. M$ UAC keeps protecting me from running
my anti-virus program! Now THAT really protects my computer! <sarcastic
exclamation>

You might look at this tutorial to see if it will help you on allowing your antivirus program to run at startup. If you have Windows Defender running, did you click the Permit button to allow the startup changes?
