If the install exe is on the hard drive, then you right-click the exe and do
a Create Short Cut, which should put the short-cut in the same folder as the
exe or do a Send To and Send the Short-cut to the Desktop. In either case,
you should see the Run As Admin with you right-click the short-cut. You
should also be able to see the Advanced button too off of Properties. Well,
that's the way it works on my Vista. ;-)
