FiOS Dave

Using Vista Home Premium, I am no longer able to open Contacts.
I can access Contacts by clicking on To: when creating mail, however.
I cannot open contacts using the Windows Contacts entry in my Program list,
either.
This only started happening last week, and I haven't installed any software
that
would (obviously) affect the Contact List (address Book.)

Any clues?
