usually RAM is the culprit Using Windows Vista Ultimate demads a high amount of RAm at least 1 gig

When I want to print on Vista Ultimate, it takes very long until even the icon in the taskbar appears.
I know I have a problem with RAM, I only got 512MB.
Could the RAM be my problem? Or something else?
