You are running the 32-bit (x86) version of Vista on a processor fully capable
of running the 64-bit (x64) version of Vista.

Therefore you do not have a 32-bit "system".

To check the version of Vista that you are running go to Control Panel (Classic
view) > System > "System" category > "System type:"
