be happening is that we can only see the emails that we download when each of
us logs in. Does that make sense? What we want to be able to see is all sent
and received emails no matter who is logged in. We can't figure out a way of
doing this unless scrap individual accounts and we both work from one user
account.
Is there anyone out there who can advise on what our best option is?
Many thanks!

Hi Robyn,
Yes, there is a way. In both user accounts and in Windows Mail:
1. Click Tools - Accounts
2. Select the email account and click Properties.
3. Click the Advanced tab
4. Check "Leave a copy of message on server"
5. If you would like to choose a time limit for this, select one of the options under this.
6. Click OK.
