Re: Connecting to a network printer

I'm having the same problem and would appreciate any help. My system has Vista installed and I'm trying to install a network printer. The printer is installed on a machine with XP and is a thermal printer. However, the same box has another thermal printer installed and I can add that one just fine. Thanks in advance!

What type of printer are you attempting to connect? Is this a shared
printer? What type of system is sharing the device?
