All of the default servers do not work for me, as they must be overloaded.
You can search Google to find a NTP server close to where you live, to use
instead.

If its losing time that fast, you might want to change the interval to every
few hours, instead of the default (weekly?).
You can use the Command Prompt to do this as I have done in the past, with
Windows Server 2003, but I cannot find the page that showed me how to do
that.
This easier to use thing from Doug Knox should work in Vista, not sure

IIRC, you can change the interval in the Group Policy editor as well.
