Codec problem?
Download a small, free, very nice little utility called GSpot (Google for it).
It will analyze the clip and tell you what codec it needs and if the codec is
installed on your system.
Most likely it is the DivX codec which you can download from divx.com.
NOTE: Please avoid installing "Codec Packs". They can cause severe problems
which are very hard to diagnose and repair. ONLY download and install codecs
from the codec manufacturer.
You might also look into installing GOM player (Google). It is a very good
video player that sometimes can play video files that Windows Media Player
cannot play.
