Well I wanted to try this internet TV (i'm in UK), so heres what I did.
Rerouted my IE through a US proxy, started media center, IP TV appeared (didn't check if it was there before routing) then I closed media center and removed the proxy settings from IE, I then restarted media center and IP TV was still there and working

Its stopped working now with the message "There is no content for the UK"
Not realy a problem as it still works via the proxy
