Go to Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore.
Take it back in time to before you did your alterations to delete things.
If that works to get things running again,then pay a Technician to delete
things from your hard drive; NOT you.
If the above fails, formatt, and reinstall Vista, after saving your data.
