Hi Jim,
0x800CCC0D = CANT_FIND_HOST = Cannot locate server.
You do not have the correct server name for POP3. You need to change it from "POP3" to "pop.netzero.com" (no quotes)
Look at Netzero support webpage for how to set the settings. See step 10. Windows Mail uses the same settings as Outlook Express.
