Boot into Safe Mode, then try to delete the file.

Even when I turned off User Account Control and rebooted, I still can't
delete the file. I am the owner of the file, I looked. I am at the file
location, not in Windows Explorer - sorry Marty, that didn't work. I turned
off Eset NOD32 antivirus - that didn't work.
I right click the file, choose delete, and then answer yes to "Are you sure
you want to move this file to the recycle bin?." It then says "You need
permission to perform this action." If I choose Try Again, it still doesn't
work.
Thanks for trying, but it still isn't deleting. I'm turning back on my
antivirus and User Account Control.
