Some files in Vista, Bill only knows why, can only be modified (deleted,
copied, moved, etc.) by using the Command Prompt (even some that you have
just downloaded). Type Command Prompt in the Start Search box from the Start
Button, right click on this, then select Run As Administrator. The link
below will get you to a list of commands and the proper syntax that will
enable you to delete these files. Good luck!
