Hi Bob,
I assume that you used the upgrade version of Vista. If you did, you might
be better off performing a clean install. For instructions, please see my
post 'Clean Install Windows Vista Using Upgrade Media' in the newsgroup
'Windows Vista Installation and Setup'. Don't forget to backup your data
files first - these can then be restored afterwards. The applications
themselves can be reinstalled from the original disks.
