I got it! You have to right click the desktop. Click Properties. Click on
Themes. Choose Windows Vista from the populated drop down menu. Go back to
the Personalization window (or right click desktop again...) Click Windows
color and appearance. check on transparency box and VIOLA you have Windows
Aero all over again. YIPPEE YAHOO
