| My solution, since this problem is due to the update not being able to update msachi.sys while it is running, was to go into the BIOS and disable ACHI Native Mode, then reboot, let the update complete and then all is fine again. | |

Tried that, failed again, although I think my mobo is partially at fault as there are some other issues with this board as well.
