Mainly because of the price but then again this system is costing me more than I first intended to spend so, maybe I should just go whole hog and spend the extra £'s.

I don't have that much old hardware. The only piece I will be using is a Netgear wireless adapter which does have a x64 driver, albeit with some issues.

I was also wondering whether I should upgrade the RAM. I am intending to have 4GB in the PC (I was installing 2GB in the initial build to shave off a few £'s) and I was considering using 4GB (2x2GB) CorsairTwinX XMS2 instead (future proofing).
