Does this help? Lifted from a Google search. I forgot to mention I have
"Secure Desktop" disabled.

You may disable secure desktop. That will allow you to take screen captures
using CTRL+PRINT SCREEN and pasting it into MSPAINT then cropping the image
to the UAC prompt.

At Run command type secpol.msc or gpedit.msc and in Computer Configuration
go to Window Settings > security settings > local policies > security
options >
User Account Control: Switch to the secure desktop when prompting for
elevation | select radial DISABLED.
