Hi All

I have a query regarding the performance of the CPU of my system for
specific softwares (OPNET to be specific).I am currently usibng OPNET s/w on
windows platform and the main issue is reagrding the % of CPU being utilized
when i run OPNET.When i check out the performance through Windows Task
Manager the CPU tends to be always less than 30% (27% to be specific). Does
windows have any threshold level for different processes or s/w being run on
it.This is making my simulation runs very slow and sometimes aborting
them.Does memory have to play a role in it?

How do i increase the CPU performance to make my simulations run faster?
