Unable To Play Audio/Video Files
I have Windows Media 11 installed on my Vista 32 computer. When I click a
Windows Media Audio/Visual File, I get an error message indicating "Windows
Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file. For additional
assistance, click Web Help." I have two choices and tried both of them
without results. Yet if I click on a *.avi file or a winzip file after the
file is extracted, the video runs fine.
Any suggestions or help would be appreicated. Thank you.
