Yes, it would be, but volume license aggrement does not apply to workstation
that we sell to customer. VLK cannot leave your company.
We install custom software and then sell complete turn key solution to
customer.

We also approched customers to send us their VLK so we can install corp
version of XP, but their VLK cannot leave their company.

HP, IBM, and Dell workstations always comes with OEM license anyways.

Frustrating, isn't it?
