1. Unless its a typo, your Server: name is wrong (popmail.yahoo.com should
be pop.mail.yahoo.com)
2. POP service is not available for free US Yahoo accounts, you must have a
paid Yahoo account.
3. If you have an AntiVirus application, disable ALL email scanning.
